Charley L. Perry Jr., quietly transitioned over May 25, 2018. He received his education from the Union County School System and retired from the Florida Department of Corrections as a Sergeant. He was a Christian and a gentle giant, always willing to give a helping hand to all.
Survived by his parents, Charley L. Perry Sr. and Lizzie Wilson; wife, Angela Perry; sons, Charley Perry III, Derrick Perry, Joseph Perry, Deven Perry; daughters, Asia Warren, Ashante Warren, Ishaanah Kinney, Brittany Simmons; granddaughters, Paris Perry, Harmony William, Ala'ayhia Morgan; brothers, Michael Perry (Sandra), Curtis Perry; sisters, Ian Perry, Elizabeth Moore, Dialisa Hayes; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the Union County High School Auditorium, Lake Butler, FL, Elder Timothy E. Mulberry Sr., officiating. Burial will be in Ft. Call Cemetery. Viewing on Friday 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at The Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ, 7118 SW 71st Way, Lake Butler, FL and Saturday 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Union County High School Auditorium. No viewing after eulogy. The cortege will form 12:15 p.m. at the home of his mother, Lizzie Wilson 6063 SW 67 Street, Lake Butler, FL.
