Obituary for Emma Lou Lester
Emma Lou was born to Mr. Clarence Lester and Ms.
Mildred Robinson on Thursday, September 27, 1962 in
St. Petersburg, Florida.
Emma Lou has one sister, Gail J. Lester, eight brothers:
Lorenzo Simmons, Clarence Lester, Leon Lester, Charles Lester, Timmy Bohana, Steve ray Lester, Cornelius Lester, and Albert Lester.
She also has a step-brother Robert Tyler James, and a stepsister Dwane Brown.The family moved to Gainesville, Florida some time after where Emma Lou would attend Westwood Middle School and Gainesville High School.
On August 5, 1980, Ms. Lester would begin her career as a stay at home mom with Shonda Kerney (Banks). Later would come Aretha Kerney and David Kerney.
Ms. Lester would become Mrs. Henry to Mr. Levi Henry when they wed on February 13, 2003 and would remain blessed with love on her side until her journey home.
Along this fabulous journey, grandkids would also enter into the family: Alphonso Baker, Jeaniyah Joseph, Renecia McNair, Jayden Kerney, Adriana Kerney, David Kerney Jr., and McKenzy Kerney.
