Obituary for Harriet J. Gordon
On July 3, 2017 Harriet J Gordon passed away peacefully. She was born March 29, 1947 in Johnson, Florida to the late Cleveland and Maxine Johnson. Harriet was educated in the school system of Putnam County and Santa Fe College. She was a master chef at the Veterans Administration and ended her working career caring for others as a nursing assistant. Harriet was of few words and was not a materialistic person. Her entire life was filled with sacrifice for the care of her family. She would often go without so others she loved could have. She will never be forgotten.

Harriet was preceded in death by her husband Edward Gordon. She was survived by her children Cecil Johnson, Linda Johnson (deceased), Audrey Asbey (Martella), Melissa Debose, Everlyn Debose and Sam Debose. She leaves behind a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her sister Gertrude Johnson and Cleveland Johnson Jr. She leaves behind three living sisters Mary Johnson, Melva McPhadden and Deborah Mcgruder all of Johnson FL.
