Ja’Quanta Dreshaun Owens, AKA “Quan” Age 26, Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Entered into Eternal Rest on December 24, 2020 in Starke, FL. The Homegoing Celebration will be held 12:00pm on January 9, 2021 at Citizens Field, 1100 NE 14th Street, Gainesville, FL.

Quan” was a member of Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and served on the Ushers Ministry and Music Ministry. Quan was an “2012” Eastside High School Graduate and Active Participant of the Reichert House Youth Academy. Left behind to cherish his memories are: Daughter - Ariah Katherine Owens; Parents - Edgar and MelodyJackson; Biological Mother - LaShanda R. Owens; Sisters - Tasia Harris, Lauren Harris, Samantha Simmons and Valerie Owens; Fiancé - Kanisha White; Grandparents - Reatha Richardson and J. B. Owens; Nieces and Nephews - Kaiden, Tai, Skylar, Jeoyn, Ke’Vaine (CJ), Mehki, Mehkiyah, Lela; Godparents- Paul and Noreen Grimes, Special Cousin- Johanessa Young, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.
