Obituary for Kenneth Wayne James Sr.
Kenneth Wayne James Jr. was born July 2, 1952 in Edgar, Florida. He was the son of late Charlie James and Carrie (McClendon) White. He was raised in Johnson Crossroads, Florida and later moved to Gainesville, Florida and made this his home.
Kenneth was a member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church in Hawthorne, Florida where he served as Associate Pastor. He also served in the U.S. Army.
Kenneth W. James Sr. departed this life on April 10, 2023 in Gainesville, Florida. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife: Patricia James, two sons: Craig James (Victoria) and Kenneth James Junior (Kenya), and one daughter: Kendra Ellis (Tyrone). Grandchildren Crystal James, Craig James Jr., Jaylen Gillum, Marquis Hardy, Ta’Khia James, Malachi James, Jayden McGee, Zuri James, Tyler Ellis, and McKenzie Ellis. Sisters: Audry James, Barbara Jones, Ella White, Parie White; Brother: Willie White and a host of nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives.
