Michael “Bull” Rutledge was born on April 21, 1956, in Gordon Chapel, FL to the late Clyde Rutledge and Elree Cuthbert, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death was his brother William Cuthbert, Jr., and Uncle Leon Gordon.
A Time to Love
Michael was united in holy matrimony to Shirley Minter Rutledge on July 6, 1991 and from this union, the pair raised a loving family comprised of four boys and two girls.
A Time to Sow
Michael was a roofer for 44 years. He opened his home and his heart to help raise six foster children. He assisted with food delivery in the community and always had a welcoming smile.
A Time to Reap
Michael enjoyed family barbeques and crab boils. He loved fishing and did not mind sharing his catch.
A Time to Die
Michael transitioned from his earthly life on Friday, November 6, 2020, after a brief illness.
A Time to Mourn
