Randolph Lee Watson was born October 31, 1955 to Jerry Watson Sr. and Sallie Mae Watson. He is a 1975 graduate of the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. He played on the football, track and field, and wrestling teams. He was a big sports fan and a Jehovah Witness.
Preceded in death by his parents Jerry Watson Sr., Sallie Mae Watson and sister, Jerlene Watson.
