Obituary for Simon Valentine Jr.
Simon Valentine, Jr of Brooker, FL transitioned from this life on February 19, 2023. He is a graduate of Buchholz High School class of 1979. He is an Air Force Veteran and worked as an electrician. He is the son of the late Simon and Ester Valentine of Brooker. He spent the last 20 years as a resident of Tampa, Florida. Mr. Valentine leaves to cherish his memories his fiancé Patricia Richardson, Tampa, Florida and sisters Paatricia Edwards, Sandra Davis, Janice Jackson, Margaret Jones (Allen), Valencia Sanders (Eugene) and a loving Aunt, Addie Bennett and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
Celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Greater Bell United Methodist Church in Brooker, Florida. Burial will be at Rhuta Branch Cemetery. Viewing will be at PSFH of Gainesville on Friday, 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday 30 minutes prior to service at the church. Simon was an avid Gator fan. In his honor, feel free to wear your Gator attire to the service.
