Sis. Vivian B. Lang Green

Vivian B. Lang Green was born in Gainesville, FL on
March 13, 1956 to the late Clarence Lang and Ruby Rollins
(Step Father: Walter Rolfins).
She attended Alachua County Public Schools and as an
adult worked at Alachua General Hospital
For many years Vivian was a member of Free Canaan
UMC of Waldo, FL where she was a choir member, usher
and served as a member of the Youth and United
Methodist Children's Home Committees.
On June 25, 1983, Vivian married Eugene Green. They were
married for 38 years. Together they raised 3 children;
Samuel, Regina and Cynthia.
After a long illness, Vivian transitioned on Monday,
March 14, 2022 at North Florida Regional Hospital in
Gainesville, FL.
She leaves to lovingly cherish her memory, husband,
Eugene; 3 children: son, Samuel Kearney (Kathy-
deceased), daughters Regina Lang (James) and Cynthia
Scott (Rob); 2 brothers Clarence Lang (Angel), Fred Collier
(Romacina), 2 sisters: Doris King (Lister), Gail George
(Mitchell), a brother Willie Cunningham and 2 sisters Betty
Collier and Jeanette Wilson preceded her in death; sister-in
Caw, Gussie Mann Stroud, 7 grandchildren, 6 great-
grandchildren, a host of devoted uncles, aunts, cousins,
nieces and friends.
