Linda was born to the late Theodore and Allean Holmes on March 5, 1958 in Neptune, NJ. Linda E. Holmes,
She attended Asbury Park High School & Brookdale College, later relocating to Florida, then Virginia.
Linda will be remember for loving to cook & feeding and taking care of others. If you knew Linda you knew she loved hanging out with her nieces and nephews and was very proud of them. Linda worked for Jersey Shore Medical Center, Asbury Park H.S, Publix, Hitchcocks & Cantu Services, VA.
Linda departed this life on November 27, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents Theodore J. Holmes (1985) and mother Allean Holmes (2007) sister Arlene F. Holmes (2000) and sister-in-law Dorothy H. Holmes (1999) Her love and memory will live forever in the hearts of all who loved her.
Linda leaves to cherish memories with her family: A brother, Theodore J. Holmes, Jr., Wake Forest, NC; sister Maria Holmes, Asbury Park, NJ; brother Theaudric J. Holmes (Debbie) Bear, DE; brother Michael Holmes (Tiffany) Asbury Park, NJ; sister Kathy L. Holmes, Gainesville, FL; seven nieces and three nephews, Kisha Mitchell (Chris) Dinwiddie, VA; Tyhesha Holmes (John) Jacksonville, FL; Monique Holmes-Robinson, Wake Forest, NC; Theodore Holmes-Robinson (Sherry) New Bern, NC; Charles Grays, Jr. (Sharon) Tinton Falls, NJ; Dana Holmes, Alexandria, VA; Steve Moore, Jr. (Shonda) Alachua, FL; Malissia Holmes (Jamil) Atlantic City, NJ; Felicity and Trinity Holmes, Asbury Park, NJ; Great nieces and nephews - Xavier, Imani, Sumiyah, Jahsir, Khiry, Iyana, Naomi, Carrington, Jhaunaye, and Raymond and six great-great nieces and nephews.
