Obituary for Minnie Williams Faison
Minnie Bell Williams Faison was born October 14,1952 in Hawthorne, FL to the late Charlie and Belma Hutchinson Williams. She answered the call of God November 23,2022. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 27 years, Billy Faison; two brothers, George Williams, Harold Williams.
At an early age she became a member of Gordon Chapel Community Church and served on the Usher Board. Minnie Bell was a 1971 graduate of Hawthorne High School. She was dedicated employee of Belk’s Department Store and Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, where she retired from both.
Minnie Bell will be deeply missed by her sons, Travis Williams of Hawthorne, FL, Tommy (Kenya) Lee Faison of Leander, TX, Billy James Faison of College Park, GA; daughters, Raven S. Mayes of Hawthorne, FL, Sarah E. Faison of Gainesville, FL, Mary Omega Biggs of Deerfield, FL; 17 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Alex Williams, Charlie Williams, Clyde Williams, all of Hawthorne, FL; sisters, Earline (Alvoid) Douglas, Betty (John) Hilliard, Inez Williams of Hawthorne, FL, Gwendolyn (Leroy) Bounton of Palatka, FL; sister-in-law, Clara Williams of Hawthorne, FL; an uncle, Rev. Joseph Williams of Hawthorne, FL; God Sisters, Debra Jones of Huntsville, AL, Debra Ann Lambert of Gainesville, FL; Dear Friends, Sandra Howard, Earline Williams. Along with a plethora of nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends.
